How can I pay for my items?
All payments can be made either through Paypal or via direct bank transfer. You do not need to set up a Paypal account in order to pay via Paypal. You can use any credit card such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express to pay with Paypal. Do note that all credit card information collected via Paypal is processed entirely by Paypal and we do not store any of your card information or details on our servers.

For direct bank transfers, kindly transfer to the stated bank account by 24 hours after payment is made.

How long will my item take to reach me?
Estimated delivery time of your order can be seen here. If you need your item urgently, we can arrange for a self-collection (only for local orders). 

How do I go about collecting my order if I have opt for self-collection?
Once an order is made, an email is sent to confirm the date and meet-up venue. Click here to view our self-collection venue or simply email us at hello@travelbandits.co.

Where do you ship to?
We ship locally and almost to every other parts of the world. Click here our shipping and delivery information. 

Is the item able to be exchanged or returned?
Unfortunately, once an item is shipped out, there is no exchange or return allowed. If you are not satisfied with your product received, please contact us.   

Can I change my address after order confirmation?
Please contact us shortly after you have place your order. Do note that once your order is shipped, no changes are able to be made.
